Aashiq Abu: I Can't Judge The Kind Of Characters Mammootty And Mohanlal Decide

Recently, the internet was full of opposition to the movie made by director Aashiq Abu. People believed in boycotting the film for some reasons. However, the film Mayanadi is now running in theatres. He made his debut directorial Daddy Cool in the year 2009, who had actually started his career in ad film making.

Moreover, it has been learned that even though the film is running in theatres, the boycott threat continues to flourish. The movie has also received critical acclamation. In a recent interview, Aashiq Abu revealed that he just ignores the boycott threats. He said, “'Judge me with the people I ignore.I believe that the public will give such people the response they deserve”.

Further talking about the same, the director said that he doesn’t have the right to ask or question regarding the characters choice that Mammootty and Mohanlal makes. He said, “I can't judge the kind of characters they decide to do. That is their choice”.
