Aileena Catherin Amon to play a college student in her next

The finalist of the reality show Midukki, model and actress Aileena Catherin Amon has apparently been roped in for actor Vineeth Kumar's first directorial venture titled Ayal Njanalla. The actress was last seen in Jean Paul Lal's Hi I'm Tony. Talking about her next film, Aileena says, "I play a college student in the film and am paired with Bangalore Days fame Sijoy Varghese. I have already shot for a few days and it's been great working in the film."

The film also features actor Fahadh Faasil in pivotal roles, who will be joining the cast after his U.S. trip. Director Vineeth says, "The movie has been progressing in a hectic pace. Fahadh has been my friend for long and I am quite comfortable working with him. The rest of the project will start rolling next month." Mrudula Murali, Divya Pillai, Renji Panicker and Akshat Singh also play significant roles in the film.
