Asif Ali made his debut in the acting world with Malayalam 'coming of age' film Ritu in 2009. Helmed by Shyamaprasad, the film got positive reviews and was critically acclaimed. The actor has now come a long way and has created his position in the movie industry.

He has quite a few films in his kitty as of now. The latest in the front about the actor is that he has wrapped up shooting for Mandaaram and Ibilis . He is now occupied with the promotions of his upcoming film BTech.

Mandaaram is being helmed by debutant director Vijeesh. Touted to be a romantic film, the actor dons various getups in it. The actor’s other film, Ibilis , is being directed by Adventures of Omanakuttan director Rohith VS. The film is a fantasy tale with Madonna Sebastian as the female protagonist. Meanwhile , Asif’s next film titled Vijay Superum Pournamiyum will start in July. The actor will team up with Jis Joy for his next.
