Dulquer Salmaan Loses 15k Kilos For ‘Kammatti Paadam’

Dulquer Salmaan has enjoyed a successful run in Mollywood for quite some time now. The actor’s last offering ‘Charlie’ was lauded by the audiences and speculations are rife that it will be remade in Tamil. He has done many different roles and is now gearing up for something very unique.

According to reports, the O Kadhal Kanmani actor has shed 15 kgs for his next with director Rajeev Ravi titled ‘Kammatti Paadam’. The flick will be portraying the 100 Days of Love actor in three different stages of his life. The film will be set in 1980s and it will be about a man who lived around the time of Kochi’s origin.

Debutant Shaun Romy will be playing the female lead in the film. She will portray the role of a small town girl in the movie. The first schedule of the film was completed in Mumbai and the second schedule is in progress in Kochi. The film also features Vinay Forrt, Vinayakan and Shine Tom Chacko.
