Lakshmi Sharma Return To Mollywood With ‘Stethoscope’

Lakshmi Sharma, after a hiatus of three years, is back with a tough role in the woman-centric movie ‘Stethoscope’. She has appeared in a lot of Malayalam films, she was critically acclaimed for her Mollywood debut role in ‘Palunku’. Lakshmi is extremely ecstatic about returning to Malayalam cinema.

Lakshmi Sharma says, “Earlier I had acted in some films but I cannot say that I have performed as an actor. In this role, I get to say my dialogues and really act some emotional scenes. Nowadays, getting a role where you have ample screen space to showcase your talent is rare.”

The film is helmed by Suresh and Lakshmi will be seen essaying the role of Dr Bhagyalakshmi who is a devoted and concerned gynaecologist and considers her patients as her own. The film is a woman-oriented one and she plays the mother of a girl. “Since I have put on some weight, this role suits me fine too,” Lakshmi added. Desimartini wishes strokes of luck to the actress.
