Vijay Babu Gunning For Anticipatory Bail

Actors and film producers Sandra Thomas and Vijay Babu were known to be best buddies in the Malayalam cinema industry. Things were going smooth even when Sandra married in July 2016. However, it came as a shocker for their fans when the actress filed a complaint against Vijay for assaulting her.

The actors are partners of Friday Film House, which they run together. The case in now in the court as Sandra allegedly said that she was physically assaulted on the premises of their office in Elamakkara. The latest in the front is that the actor has defended himself and has asked for anticipatory bail.

To defend himself, Babu said that Sandra filed the assault case to settle business scores. He further added that the former actors had already decided to split and that the difference of opinion over sharing the assets and profits had led to the tussle.  The actors were together as partners for more than four years now.
