Bollywood is an industry where we can find people from all sorts of background! While some are from a very poor background but has made their way up to be amongst the most popular, some always had it in them! Though Bollywood erases these distinctions that celebs had in their past, we cannot even deny that we do have some very royal people in the industry! We mean literally, there are celebs who have royal lineage!

1. Saif Ali Khan

The prince of Bollywood is a Nawab in real life too. His father, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, was the Nawab of Pataudi. Saif inherited the title in 2011 after his father passed away. Also his paternal grandmother, Sajida Sultan, was the Begum of Bhopal!

2. Soha Ali Khan

The daughter of Mansoor Ali Khan was the daughter of the Nawab of Pataudi. after the death of his father, Saif inherited the title and she is now the sister of the Nawab Of Pataudi.

3. Raima Sen

We know the Sen Sisters mostly because of their maternal grandmother, Suchitra Sen. But her paternal grandmother, Ila Devi, was the princess of Cooch Behar. Not just that, Ila Devi was also the elder sister of Gayatri Devi of Jaipur! Also their paternal great-grandmother was the only daughter of Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III of Baroda.

4. Riya Sen

Like her elder sister, she is also has a royal lineage!

5. Aditi Rao Hydari

Aditi is not just part of one but two royal families, which she inherited from both her father and her mother. Her paternal great grandfather was the Prime Minister of Hyderabad during the British Raj! She is also the grandniece of Muhammad Saleh Akbar Hydari who was the former Governor of Assam.  From her mother’s side, her grandfather was Raja J Rameshwar Rao, who was the Raja of erstwhile Wanaparthi state. Her grandmother, Shanta Rameshwar Rao, was an esteemed educationalist who became the chairperson of Orient Blackswan Publishing House!

Kiran is a part of the family of Raja J Rameshwar Rao, the administrative head of erstwhile Wanaparthi state and the maternal first cousin of Aditi Rao Hydari!

Bhagyashree is a part of the royal family of Sangli in Maharashtra. Her father, Vijay Singhrao Madhavrao Patwardhan, is the present Raja of Sangli.

8. Alisa Khan

The actress was seen in one movie, My Husband’s Wife. She was later found roaming aimlessly on the streets of Delhi after being allegedly kicked out of her house! Ironically, she belongs to the family of Mohammad Nawab Ghaziauddin Khan, who founded the city of Ghaziabaad!
