July is going to be an interesting month. We have several releases that might prove to be a game changer in the box-office. While we have thrillers like Mom, we also have a more picturesque and cute Jagga Jasoos and the critical Lipstick Under My Burkha. The month is going to start with Mom and Guest Iin London!

 Mom is one of the most anticipated movies we have in the list. While it boasts of a great cast, the trailers and teasers guaranteed that it will be a taut thriller. Here are 5 reasons why you should definitely watch this film:

1. Sridevi in the lead

Well, the yesteryear actress has proved that she is one of the best actresses we have. Her last release, English VInglish, was a huge hit. And we bet there was none who did not fall in love with Sridevi all over again. We had been waiting for her next film ever since and now the wait is finally coming to an end. It will also be Sridevi’s 300^th film!

2. The rest of the cast

Alongside Sridevi there is Akshaye Khanna who will be seen after Dishoom. He is probably playing a negative character once again. We also have Nawazuddin Siddiqui in an extended cameo. With such great cast, the film is definitely going to be interesting.

3. The storyline

We are all in the dark about the storyline of the film. The teasers and trailers did little to help us. But we know for sure that Sridevi’s character is out for vengeance and that she has to choose between the bad and the worse. The mystery surrounding the film is making us even more impatient.

4. The characters

We are very confused about the role that Akshaye and Nawazuddin’s character. We still haven’t understood who plays which character. And we cannot wait to see.

5. The positive review

Many celebs and critics have already seen the film and they are all praises for the movie. It has garnered a lot of positive response and there is assurance that the film will not be a letdown!
