Virat Kohli, who is currently in the island nation of Sri Lanka for a cricket series, had a guest on Tuesday. The Indian skipper was photographed with his rumoured girlfriend, Anushka Sharma, and Indian cricket team coach Ravi Shastri in a hotel.

In the picture, the trio are flanked by Sri Lankan fans.

Anushka looked cheerful and relaxed even though her last film, Jab Harry Met Sejal (with Bollywood badshah Shah Rukh Khan and ace director Imtiaz Ali), bombed at the box office. Anushka’s next project is Pari, being directed by debutant Prosit Roy. The film also stars Parambrata Chatterjee of the Kahaani fame. Pari is Anushka’s third home production, and is being co-produced by Clean Slate Films and KriArj Entertainment. She is also doing a brief role in Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanjay Dutt biopic, which stars Ranbir Kapoor in the lead.

The Indian team registered a spectacular win in the third test over the host nation, beating them by an innings and 171 runs, and clinched the series 3-0 comfortably on Monday.

Anushka and Virat were last spotted in the US this July. Virat had then said that he was on a “much-needed break”. The actor’s post on social media had indicated that they were in New York, where the IIFA Weekend and Awards was held from July 13 onwards.
