Review: First Date With Quantico

The much awaited American serial, Quantico, starring Priyanka Chopra finally premiered on 27th September, 2015. Our lovely lady, Priyanka Chopra has finally done her American TV debut as an FBI Agent, Alex Parrish.
The show starts with an attack similar to 9/11 and we see Priyanka Chopra lying unconscious in the middle of the rubble. The non-linear narrative takes us back and forth into the lives of the FBI trainees at the academy in Virgina.

We soon realize that Alex Parrish and all her batch mates are possible terrorist suspects. The plot builds up as the seemingly confusing characters show an undeclared side of their personality.
Shelby Wyatt carries a metal scrap from 9/11 attacks which killed her parents, Simon Asher is gay or atleast seems like it, Nimah Amin's presence in the FBI is implausible, Caleb Haas has his own revelations to make.
Though its not an all new script but you will still want to watch the episode till the end. It is not gripping but still keeps you glued to the TV set.
Priyanka fits well as Alex Parrish but she is not able to pull off the American accent well. However, another episode of Quantico would be better to judge the series because you can't envisage the plot until and unless all the cards are on the table.
Quantico will premiere in India on 3rd October, 2015.
