Happy 2nd Birthday Amitabh Bachchan!

It's been 35 years since the Coolie incident took place. Big B survived a near fatal accident on the sets of Manmohan Desai's movie. It took place during a fight sequence with Puneet Issar when he was to fall on the table first and then on the ground!

Something went wrong and he landed up on the edge of the table rather than on the table. This happened on 26th July 1982 and Amitabh Bachchan was declared well and out of danger on 2nd August!

When this incident took place, millions of hearts stopped beating! Fans gathered at the Breach Candy Hospital and prayed for the mega star till he regained consciousness. Since then, Big B and his fans celebrate 2nd August as his second birthday!
