Haseena Parkar Trailer: It's A Welcome Change To See Shraddha Kapoor Do Something Different!

The teaser of Sharddha Kapoor's Haseena had been disappointing. Well, the entire teaser had just one dialogue of the actress, who is playing the titular role in the movie. While the teaser was ok, it was a little let down too because Shraddha lacked to pack a power punch in those few seconds!

And now, the trailer of the biopic on 'Appa' or the sister of India's most wanted don is here. And frankly, it is actualy good!

While the opening lines by Shraddha will make you question the decision of casting her in such a role, as the trailer progresses she gets better. Shraddha plays Appa, who has also send shivers down the spine of people in her area, because she is the sister of Dawood Ibrahim. The trailer shows how Haseena had been like any other woman in the city of mumbai and how her life turned completely upside down post the Bombay blasts.

It is a welcome change to see Sharddha doing something different! For the first time she is not dancing in the rains or trying to be cute in front to guys or singing song! She looks earnest in most parts, while in some parts of the trailer itself, Sharddha's efforts fall short. We would have to wait till 18th August to see if she can finally break her cast image and prove to be an actress who knows her art well!

Apart from Sharddha, brother Siddhant also appears in the trailer. And though he does not have much part, he looks ok. We need to look out for him in the film.
