Here's How Salman Khan Agreed To Appear on The Kapil Sharma Show

After Salman Khan appeared  on Comedy Nights Live  to promote Sultan, many wondered why the actor hadn't appeared on The Kapil Sharma Show on Sony channel. 

The reason is simple: Salman Khan, who hosts the massively popular Big Boss on Colors channel gave preference to Comedy Nights Live, which is part of the same channel. The show, which is hosted by Krushna Abhishek, was revamped after Kapil Sharma left the channel after a tussle with Color's executives. 

According to reports, this conflict of interest forced Salman Khan to dismiss the idea to appear on The Kapil Sharma Show.  Instead, he appeared on The Comedy Nights Live, where he sang, wore a fat suit and danced to Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai.

But it is now confirmed that the Sultan star has already taped his episode of The Kapil Sharma Show on Sunday evening.

Salman Khan, who appeared along with Anushka Sharma, has appeared several times on Kapil Sharma's show before. But that was before the funnyman left Colors channel under controversial circumstances. 

It is believed that the actor has made Colors executive really angry after his decision, who have a long-running relationship with the star. Some reports also suggest that Salman Khan was influenced by YRF's Aditya Chopra, who wanted Salman to go onto Kapil’s show due to host’s huge fan following.

Sultan is all set to release this Eid.
