Kareena Kapoor Khan Is Ranting And It's Absolutely Hormonal!

Kareena Kapoor Khan’s pregnancy has been talked about by the media for quite some time now! Afterall, if celebrities expect a child, that is something that the paparazzi and the media would be covering! Fans would always love to read more about how their favourite star is embracing this new chapter of their life, isn't it?

But it looks like Kareena Kapoor Khan is not really happy about how the media is covering her pregnancy! She lashed out at the media for asking too many questions! In an interview with HT, the actress said:

“I’m pregnant, not a corpse. And what maternity break? It’s the most normal thing on earth to produce a child. It is high time the media back off, and stop treating me any different than I ever was. Anybody who is bothered shouldn’t work with me... but my work goes on as is, like always. Stop making it a national casualty. We are in 2016, not in the 1800s. Probably, even at that time, people were way more civilised and normal than the way the media is behaving and speculating now. I’m just fed-up of people making it (her pregnancy) to be a death of some sort. In fact, it should be a message to a lot of people that marriage or having a family has absolutely nothing to do with my career.”

We failed to understand what triggered the actress into reacting like this! Celebrities being snapped at the airport by the paparazzi or media asking them questions are nothing new! Mrs. Kareena Kapoor Khan, how is the media 'treating' you 'differently' now?

Plus where is this “national casualty” question coming from? We fail to fathom this! Also, we have seen women who have had careers even after their marriage. We don’t have to go too far to find an example. She has her own mother-in-law, Sharmila Tagore, to validate it!

We feel that maybe her getting replaced by Alia in Golmaal might have resulted in her anger! But then again it was she herself who rejected Golmaal due to her pregnancy!Or maybe directors not casting her due to her pregnancy have caused this! We have seen before how directors and producers show hesitation in casting an actress who is married or is a mother! But we are pretty sure that Kareena, being the excellent actress that she is, would not have to face any such situations!

Or maybe it's just the hormonal changes and pregnancy mood swings that the actress had been ranting!
