Movie Review The Conjuring 2: If You're Scared Easily, This Film Is For You!

People had been waiting for the next installment of the horror flick 'The Conjuring' which made people fear for their lives, but this one fell far from the tree.
Ghosts rely upon special effects rather than fear to influence the audience.
The whole film is a dark experience of inhuman entities which puts more efforts on your eyes rather than experiencing what's happening in the moment. The scary Nun is a caricature of sorts, giving jump scares rather than slithering in the bones of the audience and evoking real horror. That is where the film falters.
If you're scared easily, you can go and watch the film.
Despite all the flaws, this film does have a few good jump scares so if you are the kind of person who gets scared easily, you can definitely give it a try. If you are strong hearted and crave for a disturbing horror flick, you can go and have some good laughs. Anyway, it would be a win-win situation.
