The schedule for TV celebs is really hectic and we are all aware of it! Since the shows are aired almost daily, the actorsare left with little option but to shoot for long hours and sometimes the entire day! They also have the presuure of looking good on screen which means they can't quite compromise much on their fitness regime. So the only thing they can compromise on is sleep.
