Bharat Box-Office: Salman Khan Starrer Takes A Nosedive On Monday
Updated : June 11, 2019 02:29 PM ISTAfter the solid support of the extended weekend, looks like Bharat’s box-office is slowing down a little bit. The film managed to get an opening of 42.30 crores, highest ever for a Salman Khan film, and continued its winning streak throughout the extended weekend.
It made 31 crores on Thursday, 22.20 crores on Friday, 26.70 crores on Saturday and a whopping 27.90 on Sunday. The collections, however, took a nosedive on Monday and the film managed to rake in 9.20 crores on Monday. While this might seem less in comparison to the collection of other days, but it is actually pretty decent for a Monday. The total domestic collection of the film currently stands at 159.30 crores.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh has predicted that by the end of this week the film will be eyeing about 175 crores at the domestic box-office. He has also mentioned how the on-going ICC Cricket World Cup, especially the crucial India v/s Pakistan match on Sunday might have a slowing down effect on the box-office of Bharat.
A remake of the South Korean film Ode To My Father, the film, apart from Salman, stars Katrina Kaif and Sunil Grover in pivotal roles and marks the entry of Salman Khan and Ali Abbas Zafar in the 100 crore club for the third time consecutively after Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai.
