Toofaan Trailer: Farhan Akhtar transforms into Aziz Ali Boxer, promises a beautiful emotional journey; Watch

Toofaan seems to have arrived. Yes, it's monsoon and there are frequent storms, but we are talking about the one that Farhan Akhtar has promised to rage! The trailer of his upcoming film, Toofaan is here and it is making us impatient.

The teaser had already shown us how Farhan Akhtar, once again, had sunk his tooth into the character of a boxer and looked just like a pro. The trailer gives us something more- an emotional journey and a beautiful story. It is not just about Farhan's character Aziz rising to his glory- it also has him falling from grace and (hopefully) rising once again. It is a story of a man, and his love for the sport- to earning respect by being the 'toofaan' of the ring, to being the 'toofaan' who has to rise again!

From the trailer, it is evident that Farhan's character will have a ban imposed on him and his fans being let down by something that happens inside the ring. What happens, and how will he be back after the ban is lifted is what we are waiting to witness in the film.

The trailer also promises a stellar starcast. Farhan Akhtar has already grabbed our attention, but so has Mrunal Thakur, who will play doctor Ananya and Paresh Rawal, who will portray boxing coach Nana Prabhu. We also get a glimpse of Supriya Pathak Shah.
