5 Reasons Why John-Sonakshi's Force 2 Is Disappointing!

Force 2 had promised that it has the potential of being the first of its kind action movie. And the action indeed was mind blowing. But the movie stands as just another mediocre Bollywood action flick, thanks to the hurried and extremely absurd second half!

Here are 5 reasons why Force 2 Turns out to be disappointing:

1. Because John is just palying John:

John Abraham was a good actor. He still is, but it seems that he doesnot have anything new to offer at this moment. His acting was earnest, but despite that you would feel that you have seen all this. Because he is that very same angry young 'satkela' guy  with a ripped body, who has turned this way due to some emotional blow! There is not much difference between this character and his character from Rocky Handsome or Dishoom!

2. Sonakshi Sinha's character couldn't have been more disappointing:

So we have a heroine in the movie who pairs up with John this time and it is Sonakshi Sinha

. We expected a kick-ass heroine who would take the action sequence to some other level but sadly, Sonakshi has very little action sequences to call her own! In fact, her character is the most under-developed and flat character in the movie. We get to know so little about what happened to her in the past, except for the fact that she has some problems pulling the trigger of a gun! And she seems so incompetent as a R.A.W officer!

3. The absurdities that creep in:

There are so many loopholes that we cannot even begin to count them. But the worst part was the fact that there were absurdities that started cropping up! Like an undercover R.A.W agent flashing her ID. Or elongating chase sequences because duh, that is what is to be done and it does not matter if you have a gun! Or starting a thread in the beginning and never really solving that point in the entire film!

4. The second half:

The second half seems to be wrapped up in a hurry. It was a great movie until the second half arrives and things start to get drab and stretched. It is as if the makers have lost interest by then and wants to just finish it up somehow.

5. And jumbling up between an unsung hero and a traitor.

Yes we do have many in our country who have made great sacrifices for the nation but their names are not engraved in plates of gold. However, that doesn’t mean that they are traitors. The difference is HUGE. And while the maker seemed to have got that in the beginning, they forget it by the end!

However it would be unjust to say that the movie is bad! It has its own great moments and has a great intent at heart! The movie has some thrilling moments too.  And what was best about the film was Tahir Raj Bhasin and his performance. He expresses and acts with his eyes and gestures. He is effortless and gives the nuances that the movie required! He is definitely a talent-house to watch out for!
