Roshmi Banik had been one of the first faces that we had seen for Bigg Boss. The contestants from Kolkata was initially paired with her frenemy from the city, Mital Joshi, and put in the outhouse of Bigg Boss even before the beginning of the show. They were pitted against Roadies contestants Surbhi Rana and Kriti Verma. The audiences were made to vote for the ones who they found most suitable to enter the house and Roshmi and Kriti made it to the house as a pair.
