5 Reasons Why You Should Not Miss Andhadhun This Weekend!

Andhadun is all set to hit the theatres on 5th October and for the first time in 2018, we will see Ayushmann Khurrana on-screen. The film, originally titled 'Shoot The Piano Player, will be a thriller and from the trailers, it indeed looked quite interesting. While the film would not be the regular masala flicks that we see, the film has quite a few high points to boast of.

Here are 5 reasons why you should not miss Andhadhun this weekend:

1. The star cast

Andhadhun can boast of an extremely strong and hatke star cast. The film has Ayushmann Khurrana who has consistently delivered great performances. He has been cast opposite Radhika Apte, who has had several releases this year and has become a bankable actress. There is also Tabu, who is known for her talent! We can only imagine the treat we are up for with these 3 actors coming together!

2. Sriram Raghavan

The direction and the screenplay of the film are being helmed by Sriram Raghavan. He has not given us the typical Bollywood entertainers, but his films have been unique, in a positive way. He had earlier made Badlapur, that had established Varun Dhawan as a performer and not just an actor. This film too will hopefully have a great surprise for the audiences.

3. The genre

The film is a thriller and when we talk about Bollywood thrillers, there aren't many that we can boast of. Looking at the trailer, this film looks like an interesting tale around a murder and involving a blind man. 

4. The cat

Do not underestimate the cat that you have seen in the trailer of the film. The cat will have a super important part in the film and that has gotten us even more excited. P.S- The cat is actually Buzzfeed's Srishti Dixit's pet cat, Patchy!

5. The early reviews

There was a special premiere of Andhadhun that was held in Mumbai and everyone who had watched the film had been gushing about it! All the more reason to go and see the film, isn't it?
