India has become notorious for getting inspirations and lifting almost everything from others. This just does not stop at Bollywood taking inspirations from regional cinema or vice versa, but they have also expanded their realms to the cinemas of other countries. And this is also not limited to films but has spread across the medium of Television as well.

In fact, there are a number of instances where TV has copied scenes from Bollywood. But the makers of TV Serials have not stopped there. They have, in fact, even taken some inspiration from the West. Here are 8 instances where Hindi TV serials copied scenes and characters from the West:

I mean, it has to be really crazy to include the faceless god idea into this serial!

Yes, the characters did not match but the look of this character from Chakravartin Ashok Samrat was exactly the same!

Well, he copied both the looks, exactly in the same way!
