9 Actors Who Failed In Bollywood And Took Up Alternate Career Paths!

Bollywood is a dream for all aspiring actors but not all who get there are able to live up in the big glamour industry. It only needs a single failed movie for an actor to be out of sight and out of mind yet many have put up with several flops films and ultimately understood that acting isn’t their calling. Many people keep wondering what the Bollywood actors do after a failed career in the industry, here’s the plan B of some of the actors who voluntarily quit the industry!

Twinkle Khanna - A star kid to super talented parents like Dimpla Kapadia and Rajesh Khanna, Twinkle's Bollywood career failed to take off and after several flops, the last being Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega in 2001, she quit Bollywood. Twinkle has now become writer and interior designer. She wrote the bestselling novel, Mrs. Funnybones and runs a design studio by the name of The White Window.

Sahil Khan - The actor who made his Bollywood debut in Style in 2001 and made an exist from the movies and started his own chain of gyms and fitness training centres in Goa. He was last seen in the 2010 movie Ramaa: The Saviour.

Mayuri Kango - The Papa Kehte Hain actress did not go really far as an actress and she made the bold decision to quit the industry and find her place in somthing else. She took up MBA in Marketing and Finance from the New York University and took up a job as the Cheif of analog to digital conversion in a MNC. She was last seen a film called Papa The Great.

Kumar Gaurav- The actor took a heist from Bollywood after working in the 2002 movie Kaante. He instead opened up a tourism business in Maldives and kept away from films.

Mandakini - Best remembered for her role in Ram Teri Ganga Maili, she quit acting post 1996 and was last seen a film called Zordaar. She took up the job of training Tibetan yoga in Mumbai.

Dino Morea - A super model turned actor, Dino failed to make his mark in the movies. he quit films after a last stint in the film Pyaar Impossible in 2010 and he opened up a chain of cafes in Mumbai.

Kim Sharma - The Mohabbatein actress had not success in films even after a hit debut. She was last seen a film called Taj Mahal : The Eternal Love Story and then she got married and opened a bridal grooming studio called Liaison.

Dipannita Sharma - The actress was last seen in afilm called Pizza in 2014 and she susequently quit films thereafter. She then became the owner of a luxury yatch called Shazma.

Shilpa Shetty - Shilpa Shetty's acting did really make her as famous as her stint in the U.K. reality show Bigg Brother and she became famous over night. After her marriage she she became a business woman and is the co owner of the IPL cricket team Rajasthan Royals.
