These Behind The Scenes Pics From Game Of Thrones Season 8 Tell Us How The Series Is Going To End

Game of Thrones has become a modern TV phenomenon. In 2011, when the series aired, no one would have ever thought about the massive popularity the show is going to get and the worldwide popularity its stars would achieve. The craze for Game of Thrones is such that its the most pirated tv show ever in the history of the internet. In some countries, where Game of Thrones airs at a different time than its US air time, people have no other option but to go the torrent way.

The show has also been widely praised for its setting, set-design, special effects, costumes, and of course the writing & performances while it has also been criticised for being overly violent and too sexually graphic. But, the killings and nudity have only piqued the audiences' interest in the show. GoT will air its last season, the 8th one, in April 2019.

The wait for the Winter is long and hard. What Sean Bean's Ned Stark was warning all along has finally come true. The white walkers are inside the Seven Kingdoms, the Wall has been breached and Daenerys just lost one dragon! The King of the North Jon Snow set the sail with the Mother of Dragons for White Harbour. Multiple games are at play and it seems April 2019 is ages away. A number of pictures have been leaked from the shooting of the final season. Here's what we can decode from these pictures:

Lena Headey's Cersei Lannister was spotted shooting in Croatia which doubles up as King's Landing. We already know that Cersei planned to backstab the alliance she formed with Daenerys and Jon to fight off the White Walkers and she already has Golden Company of Braavos (paid fighters) to take a hold of the seven kingdoms.

As its Game of Thrones so we all know that death is lurking just around the corner. It's going to be the finale of the series and the makers have already promised that there will be a lot of deaths, including the disposable armies to the fan favourite characters. This picture was leaked from the sets in Europe and it seems like the fight between the Lannisters and other kingdoms is definitely happening. 

These charred bodies obviously suggest that Daenerys' dragons play an important role in the fight between her and the Lannisters. A lot of burnt bodies of extras were spotted on the sets. 

Lena Headey shared this picture when she was about to start shooting alongside Emilia Clarke. The two shot for the probably the confrontational and final scenes between Cersei and Daenerys.

The King of the North was spotted with the Mother of Dragons in Iceland earlier this year. Iceland doubles up as Winterfell during the shooting and it seems both will be back to Winterfell to fight off the advancing White Walkers.

The fight for the survival of Winterfell is going to play an important role in the outcome of the series. The shooting was being done at night and Winterfell seems to be burning and this could be either due to fight against the White Walkers or the Lannisters' army. 

Kit Harrington was spotted alongside Lena Headey shooting in Croatia. It seems the King of the North has gone to Cersei to ask for help again where Cersei will probably show her true colours and intentions.
