Rajshri Production’s magnum opus, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is all set to release at the theatres today. With Sooraj Barjatya’s lucky mascot Salman Khan who is back as Prem ‘again’, this Diwali release has been one of the most anticipated films of the year. The grandeur of Rajshri Films, the stunning Sonam Kapoor who looks no less than a princess in the movie, PRDP has created humungous buzz worldwide.

Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor have left no stone unturned to promote PRDP on every possible platform, be it city tours, or social media, or reality shows. They even made it to the popular daily soap Sasural Simar Ka on Colours TV. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has already said to have recovered 71% of its cost.
Salman's beloved friend, Shah Rukh Khan with his team Dilwale, promoted PRDP with their dubsmash. Believe it or not, some scenes have been axed in PRDP by the censor board!
There have been countless events in every city, including song launch, poster launch, teaser and trailer launch. Seems like Bollywood’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan is in no mood to let his audience down! Expectations from this movie are sky high.

Thanks to the publicity of the movie, actor Neil Nitin Mukesh was rumoured to be offered a role in Game Of Thrones, which trended on social media, and later turned out to be a fake news.
The PRDP dubsmash of the title track has taken the social media by storm with almost every popular actor and actress to fans sites posting their version online. Even Beyonce's version of PRDP dubsmash is epic!
What goes into the favour of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is the fact that it’s a family film with lots of values and promising entertainment. What might come in the way of this film is the highly melodramatic songs and theme and its 90’s flavour.
It’s finally for the audience to decide the fate of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Because it is releasing one day after Diwali, PRDP can definitely cash in the festive season to its benefit. Will this be another blockbuster in Salman Khan’s kitty? Only time will tell.
