Bigg Boss has been running for the past 9 years now and it has no signs of slowing down at all. People were doubtful about this new show which focused on the lives of a few captive celebrities cut from the outer world. That is the reason why its initial seasons went a bit slow.
But now since people have seen what Bigg Boss actually means and discovered that when things go tough, everyone reveals their ugly sides.
More often than not the only interaction we get to have with our favourite celebrities is either in an interview or some public promotion event where all of them are at their best. But when you lock them up in a house with no connection to the outside world whatsoever, we get to see their real versions which they very efficiently keep hiding under a fake smile all the time. Bigg Boss brings their real personalities out on the camera.
We have arguments and heated debates but seldom do we get an example of the same on TV and realise, you deal with the same thing and how exactly you can deal with it. And more than that, what NOT to do when you're in such an argument.
As the show progresses and you realise that these celebrities are also normal people, you start figuring out which person you resemble to the most and how exactly such behaviour influences you.
They have nothing, actually nothing when they are on the show. Yet they survive. Why? Because they adapt to the conditions. We have an opportunity to interact with the outer world and make our own choices, that is a luxury we don't realise often. Bigg Boss teaches that!
Now if that is not some serious life advice then what is?
If you believe that everyone has the same heart as you do, you'll end up getting hugely disappointed. That's how it has been, and will always be.
Being a people pleaser might get you a few brownie points but it would never get you happiness. At all. You will end up becoming a doormat. Bigg Boss has taught us a very important lesson in our lives.
Because if it is not alright, it's not the end!
