Here's Why You Might See Ajay Devgn's Shivaay At The Mumbai Comic Con This Year!

It’ only a couple of days remaining for Diwali to come around and Ajay Devgn is passionately promoting Shivaay, trying to create maximum buzz for it! The film that has appeased all with its extravagance is a thrilling story of a mountaineer. Ajay has invested a lot in the project and is now coming out with a comic book series inspired by the film!

"Shivaay, the comic is totally different from the film but it has the flavour of adventure and the characteristics of the mountaineer. Usually, the comic inspires the film, here our film has inspired a comic book series. We are happy to partner with Rajeev from TBS Planet to bring the spirit of Shivaay to comic book readers," Ajay was quoted to say by Mumbai Mirror.

The comic book will be launched by the cast of the film on 23 October at Comic Con Mumbai, and the story is said to be based on a mountaineering mission the lead character Shivaay, take up for the India Meteorological Department. 

"The readers and fans will have a treat reading the comic as the book's story and characters are completely independent of the movie," says the founder of TBS Planet, Rajeev Tamhankar.

The comic book will be sold at Rs. 99 per copy and sold through all leading online shopping outlets. The comic book will show adventures of an expert mountaineer named Shivaay, who uses his wit, skill and expertise to overcome odds and covers a thrilling episode of Shivaay's North Pole expedition.
