What makes our Bollywood stars weave their magic over us is the aura of unattainability that engulfs them. If they were to become a part of our daily lives, then like every other people we would be irritated by their antics and quirks, especially if they were our neighbours. Some loud, some ill-behaved, some wild and some gossipy, these are the Bollywood celebs you would not want to have your neighbours.
Himesh Reshamiya
Don’t we all have that one aspiring singer as our neighbour who has confused making random noises with music and refuses to accept that he is not a gifted singer? Himesh Reshamiya would be that neighbour. Imagine waking up to Himesh bhai practicing vocals, (or is it nasals?) or composing a remix of ‘Jhalak Dikhla Jaa’ or just randomly shouting a rather passionate ‘Jai Mata Di Lets Rock’ loudly. Noise cancellation earphones and cotton would be your new best friend.
Mallika Sherawat
Recently evicted from her house in Paris for large arrear rent, this is one neighbour you surely don’t want. The continuous bickering with the landlord for not paying rent would definitely disturb your peace. Plus, there is always a looming possibility of she making hisssss noises and scaring the living daylights out of you.
Dolly Bindra
Let’s just all agree in unison that we do not want Dolly Bindra anywhere in vicinity, let alone being a neighbour. She would be your typical loud neighbouring aunty who cannot have an existence that is free of noise pollution. And, may lord save you if you ever mange to piss her off. You have seen Big Boss , haven’t you? She already has a record of having a violent fight with her real life neighbour and you surely don’t want to be the next hapless victim.
Sunny Deol
Having Sunny Deol as your neighbour, especially your upstairs neighbour would be a total nightmare. Imagine the amount of noise his ‘dhai kilo ka haath’ would make and the possibility of him shouting on random things would always be there. And, if someday he decides to re-visit his ‘Yaara O Yaara’ step, just pack your stuff and leave, before the ceiling gives away to the incessant stomping and falls on your head.
An excited neighbour is usually fun, but then again there is being excited and hyper and then there is Ranveer Singh. Having this human ball of bursting energy around you 24x7 would be exhausting to say the least. Plus, he would be that hot neighbour with an even hotter girlfriend. You know, I know, we all know we hate those.
The gossip queen of Bollywood, would be that neighbour who would come to your house asking for a cup of sugar and depart with the update of what has been happening in your aunt’s daughter’s in-law’s house. The woman is a gossip machine, and you can be rest assured that your personal life would be a fodder of gossip for other judgemental neighbours, courtesy Bebo. However, tolerate her if she lets you cuddle with Taimur. That would be totally worth for putting up with the gossipy mummy.
This existence of this man is disturbing enough, imagine being his neighbour. He might pick up random fights with you, throw bottles in a fit of rage and call you a ‘2 paisa’ human being. There is also a chance that he would irritate you on Twitter. You can be sure this self-proclaimed and self-obsessed actor would keep playing his movie ‘ Deshdrohi’, and trust me you don’t want to be subjected to that torture.
The host of legendary drunk parties in Bollywood would be that wild neighbour who never stops partying. It is kinda cool initially, but soon gets annoying. No matter how much you yourself like partying, but horde of drunk people leaving your building every day is never a pleasant experience. Also, let’s face it, we love Sanju baba, but his run-in with law does not make him the best neighbour to have after all.
Too many people equals to too much noise, simple. Bhai and his huge family who sticks together is definitely very sweet, but large families as neighbour has never proved to be a great idea. Just saying. Also, I usually like my neighbours to keep their shirts on. However, more than Bhai being your neighbour, it would be more inconvenient if his girlfriend is your neighbour. He might just come to building late at night in a drunken state and create a ruckus. No matter how much we love Salman Bhai, ain’t anybody got nerves for that.
There is only a certain amount of drama that your life can handle. Having Rakhi Sawant as your neighbour would take the amount of drama in your life beyond the point of saturation. She can totally call the media every time she has a disagreement with you. Plus she might also enter your room and forcefully try to remove your ceiling fan. Nope, not happening.
