Ever since the makers have announced the Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Amitabh Bachchan and Fatima Sana Shaikh starrer Thugs Of Hindoostan, we have been holding our breath for the cinematic extravaganza. The film directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya is going to be one of most expensive films of Bollywood.

Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan On Screen For The First Time
Although many directors have tried, but it is with this special film that two of the biggest legends of Indian cinema are coming together on screen for the first time. Two 250 Ton Ships

Most Expensive Outdoor Shoot Ever
Although most of the film is being shot in India, the climax of the scene has been shot in Malta. Yes, the same Malta where the Dothraki wedding scene of Game of Thrones was shot. The lengthy shooting sequence that required a big crew to be settled in Malta for about 45 days makes this the expensive outdoor shoot for any Bollywood film.
First Pirate Film Of India
We have all loved Jack Sparrow and hated the fact that there was no Indian counterpart of him, but Thugs of Hindoostan might just change that. Thugs of Hindoostan where Aamir would be playing a pirate is probably India’s first mainstream pirate film being made on such an extravagant scale.
