The trailer and the first song from the film, ‘Slow Motion’ has already become a sensation on the internet and today the makers decided to drop another song from the film named ‘Chashni’. The romantic love ballad has been composed by the music director duo Vishal-Shekhar and here is what we thought about the song.

Salman-Katrina Chemistry

Whether you like them or hate them, you can’t ignore the fact that Salman and Katrina’s lights up the screen every time they are together. Even in this song, their chemistry really looks as sweet as syrup and the blooming romance in the 1970s has a vintage feel to it that is oh-so-precious.

A Decent Melody

At this point, anything that is not a remake automatically impresses us. Even though the recall value of the hook is not very high, Vishal-Shekhar has managed to come up with a simple and decent melody that we have come to expect from every Salman Khan film.

Whether it is the melody or the lovey-dovey chemistry between Salman and Kat, the song will instantly remind you of Tiger Zinda Hai’s Dil Diyaan Gallan. However, while Chashni is sweet Dil Diyaan Gallan is in a league of its own.
