100 Hours 100 Stars: Javed Akhtar Reveals He Was Confident Zoya Would Do Something In Life, Worried About Farhan; Know Why

Javed Aktar was a part of the 100 Hours 100 Stars initiative by Fever, Radio Nasha and Radio One yesterday. Through this program, the radio station is trying to collect money that would go directly to the PM-CARES fund to help the needy and the vulnerable during the times of coronavirus. It began yesterday and celebs like Sonakshi Sinha, Javed Akhtar, Asha Bhoshle, Shaan and others had been a part of it. He spoke at length about himself and his near and dear ones, but it was his take of his children, Zoya and Farhan Akhtar, that was most interesting!

Speaking about his children, Javed Akhtar said that he was confident that Zoya Akhtar would do something in her life because she had been in inquisitive and rebellious. She would question everything and Javed Akhtar knew that this inquisitiveness will take her somewhere. But the lyricist had doubts about his son Farhan because he found him to be too ‘agyakaari’ who would accept everything that he would say silently. He never counter questioned or went against his parents. But Javed Akhtar is happier with his success. He also said that it were others who would reveal things about Farhan to him- like how well he danced and that he could act! Javed Akhtar said, “It was at the age of 20 that he changed gears and grew. He has really surprised me.” See the video here:
