9 Best Takeaways From The Arjun-Janhvi Episode Of Koffee With Karan Season 6!

Koffee With Karan Season 6 has so far been quite thanda, compared to all the other seasons. But looks like it is all set to pace up. With Sara Ali Khan giving us one of the best episodes and a candid insight into her life, fans had really been looking forward to the next Koffee debut- that of Janhvi Kapoor.

Janhvi graced the Koffee couch with brother Arjun Kapoor and we just got to understand their sibling bond a little better. Here are the top 10 takeaways from yesterday's Koffee With Karan episode:

1. Arjun revealed how everything changed the night Sridevi passed away

One of the most shocking news that the film industry woke up to this year was the news of Sridevi's death in Dubai. While the news shook everyone, it is understandable how much Jhanvi and Khushi, and husband Boney Kapoor would have been hit by it.
Well, Arjun Kapoor revealed that the news of Sridevi's death changed everything for Arjun. He instantly wanted to be there for both Janhvi and Khushi, and so did Anshula. He said that since he had experienced and known what the loss of a loved ones mean, he wanted to do everything for his half sisters that he wanted himself to get when he lost his mother, Mona Kapoor.

2. Boney Kapoor sends pictures of his young age on a WhatsApp group that has all his children!

Both Jahnvi and Arjun revealed that they have a WhatsApp group called Boney's children and Boney Kapoor is the most active in the group. He sends the pictures of his youth and spams the group.
But Arjun lauded his effort and said that it is overwhelming to see his father take a step to be a father to all and to reunite the family to the best of his efforts.

3. Jahnvi tried to be the naive girl, but Arjun busted all her efforts

When Karan asked about Kill, Marry and Hookup early in the show, Jahnvi tried to dodge the question by aking what hook-up means. Later, when Karan asked if she is dating Ishaan Khattar, she again asked, what is dating. To this, Arjun very quickly replied pointing to his sister- "Have you met Poo bani Parvati?"

4. Are Ishaan and Jahnvi dating?

Well, that was the most recurrent question throughout the episode and even Arjun teased Jahnvi with Ishaan's name!

5. Arjun is not single and is open for marriage!

Well, Arjun did not reveal who is he in a relationship with and said that he would need time for that. But he revealed that he is now open for marriage, that he wasn't even a few months back. He also said that he really required a companion and is happy to have found one. 
We just feel that Malaika and Arjun might make it official quite soon!

6. Janhvi gave us the best dating advice

Janhvi revealed that she would rather go to Zomato to find a date. When Karan said that it is a food app, Janhvi elaborated and said that it would be easy to gel with a guy who liked the same restaurants and is going to the same place! She is just one of us, isn't it?

7. Arjun sleeps in a Noddy Car Bed!

Yes, that is apparently his favourite bed and he had slept on it for years after he had grown up!

8. Janhvi got "kick" by stealing fish!

Janhvi used to steal fishes from ponds. In fact, she even elaborated it and said that while her mother would try and feed her a pomphret, she would try and make a dead orange fish swim.

9. One shouldn't go to Ranbir Kapoor for any relation advice

Because the last time Arjun Kapoor went to him for relationship advice, he ended up breaking up with the girl the very next day and regretting the decision after 6-7 days!
