A Thursday: Yami Gautam Bags Another Film, To Essay The Role Of A Playschool Teacher

Yami Gautam has been steadily making her mark felt in Bollywood. The actress has a few projects lined up for release after things get back towards normal. And now, she has signed yet another project.

Titled A Thursday, the audiences will get to see Yami portray a playschool teacher in the film. It would be directed by Behzad Khambata and produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Premnath Rajagopalan. The film would skip the theatres and release directly on OTT next year. Yami shared the same on her social media and wrote, "More than the weekend, this time, waiting for #AThursday." Yami playing a playschool teacher would be interesting to watch since we have not seen her in this avatar before. She has proven her versatility with her previous films and we hope that this will be another feather on her hat. Apart from A Thursday, Yami also has Ginny Weds Sunny, where she would be romancing Vikrant Massey for the first time, and this film too would stream directly on Ott, on Netflix.
