Aamir Khan’s House Staff Tests Positive For COVID-19; Actor Gets His Mother Tested

While the nationwide lockdown is slowly getting lifted and the first phase of unlock is in play, many cities are seeing a hike in COVID-19 positive cases daily. Some time back, filmmaker Boney Kapoor had announced that his domestic help tested positive for the virus, but confirmed that Janhvi, Khushi and he were fine. Well, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan took to his social media handle today to announce that a few members of his house staff have tested positive for COVID-19.

The actor penned a special note informing his fans about the same. Aamir shared, “Hello everyone, This is to inform you that some of my staff have tested positive. They were immediately quarantined, and BMC officials were very prompt and efficient in taking them to a medical facility. I would like to thank the BMC for taking such good care of them, and for fumigating and sterilising the entire society.” He went on to add, “The rest of us have all been tested and found negative. Right now I am taking my mother (Zeenat Hussain) to get her tested. She is the last person in the loop. Please pray that she is negative.”

In his post, Aamir thanked BMC for the prompt, professional and caring manner in which they helped the actor’s family and also thanked Kokilaben hospital, the doctor and nurses for carrying out the testing process in a caring and professional way.
