Save Aarey: Shraddha Kapoor Joins Protest
Updated : September 02, 2019 10:15 AM ISTAarey forest might soon be cleared up and the decision to chop off Mumbai’s lungs has been given a clean chit. Permission has been given to clear the forest so as to accommodate a metro shed. Mumbaikars have been protesting for days against this move. And now Bollywood celebs too are joining hands.
Most of the celebs took to Twitter to express their concern over the move to cut down the Aarey forest. But Shraddha Kapoor took to the streets and joined the protesters to criticize the decision. She wore a white tee with Save Aarey written in green as she held a placard and protested. Check out her picture here:

Well, the BMC has already received record number of complaints against the decision. We are yet to see if the move actually materialises. If it does, we would have an irreversible loss!
