Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Hugs Kajol As She Cries Inconsolably

It was a truly sad day for Bollywood yesterday as it lost the veteran action director and actor Ajay Devgn’s father, Veeru Devgan. The entire fraternity came to pay him last tributes including Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol among many others.
Kajol, who is very close to her in-laws, was inconsolable and was seen in tears at her residence. As Aishwarya hugged her and Abhishek tried to console her, Kajol broke down.

Veeru Devgn’s health has been deteriorating for some time now. Ajay Devgn had cancelled a few media interactions as his father was unwell during the promotion of his film De De Pyaar De.
Admitted to a hospital for breathlessness, Veeru died on Monday. A veteran stunt director, he has choreographed action sequences for over 80 films, including Dilwale (1994), Himmatwala (1983)and Shahenshah. He had also directed Hindustan Ki Kasam starring son Ajay and Amitabh Bachchan.
