Akshay Kumar Shoots For Bell Bottom In Scotland, His On Location Stills Will Transport You To The 80's

Akshay Kumar and team are busy shooting for their upcoming espionage thriller Bell Bottom in Glasgow Scotland for some days now the actor’s still from the film now found their way online. Looking sharp and retro in these pictures as he plays an 80’s spy in the film Akshay is winning over the internet.

The actor in various location stills can be seen dressed in turtle necks, jackets, printed sweaters with aviators, and a mustache completing his look. Completing the 80’s feels are vintage cars and minivans he surrounded by in the streets. It is almost like traveling back to the time.

Team Bell Bottom flew down to Scotland all together on 6 August and were put in quarantine for two weeks on arrival and the film began rolling on August 21. It is the first Bollywood to shoot outside the country as international travel still remains restricted putting off entire schedules of many films during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The makers of Bell Bottom acquired special permissions to shoot in Scotland agreeing to adhere to strict guidelines.

Earlier in a statement, Akshay spoke about the shoot in Scotland and said, “The new normal has made us realise a different way of working that none of us could have imagined. As much as I’m happy to be back on the sets, it’s also important for us to take care of everything around us. “Pooja Entertainment has laid down a safety plan for our shooting schedule abroad. We hope these measures help us accomplish a smooth and safe shoot.”

Bell Bottom also stars Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta and Huma Qureshi among others.
