Anupam Kher's mother Dulhari had tested positive for coronavirus last week, along with his brother, sister-in-law, and niece. His fans and friends had been praying for the family ever since. Now, there is good news. Anupam Kher's mother has been declared healthy and discharged from the hospital.

Anupam Kher's mother was admitted to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. The actor took to Twitter and wrote, "Mom has been declared healthy by all medical parameters by the doctors at Kokilaben Hospital. She will now be quarantining at home. Love heals. Stay safe but don’t be distant emotionally from Covid+ patient/families! Doctors & @mybmc officials/employees are real HEROES. #JaiHo.” Check out the video here:

Earlier, he had shared another video on Twitter and wrote, "Thank you, my dear friends, for your messages and blessings that you have sent in for the speedy recovery of my mother Dulari, (brother) Raju and his family. I can’t respond to each of the messages on social media personally but I want to thank you all with all my heart. It is natural to feel anxious when four people of the family have been diagnosed with coronavirus but in these times I got the support of you people and that gave me some comfort and positivity.” He had also added that he had not told his mother that she had COVID-19 and called it just an infection, but she understood because of the people surrounding her. He added that she had been jovial during the treatment.
