Ayushmann Bala Will Be Taken To High Court Today
Updated : October 16, 2019 11:14 AM ISTUjda Chaman and Bala are two films based on the same subject “premature baldness.” And now if media reports are to believed Kumar Mangat is filing a case against the makers of Bala in order to seek a stay on the release of the film and it will be happening today!
Earlier according to media reports, Dinesh Vijan went all out to make sure that his film gets a release date for Bala that is much earlier to Ujda Chaman. And he made sure, Bala got a release date a day prior to the release of Ujda Chaman. So, Bakla will be released on the 7th of November while Ujda Chaman will release on the 8th of the same month.
According to a report in Spotboye, Kumar Mangat is moving to court today! The Spotboye report dated 15th October quotes Mangat as saying, “Yes, main kal Court ja raha hoon."
The report further quoted Mangat as saying, “They should not have brought their film on the same date as mine."
The report further states, Mangat is extremely perturbed also because of the fact that his film is an official remake of the Kannada hit Ondu Motteya Kathe because the rights of the film were bought by him and that Bala is allegedly a copyright violation especially because many scenes are similar to the ones in his film and also an idea lifted from writer Kamal Kant's concept. The writer Kamal Kant too voiced his concerns against Bala by filing a case against Vijan and Ayushmann.
