Deepika & Ranveer's new holiday home in Alibag has the couple shelling out Rs. 22 crores; read details

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have become proud owners of a luxurious new property in Alibag. The couple was spotted leaving the registrar’s office there and now the details about their sea-facing bungalow have been revealed.

According to the website of real estate analytics and research firm Zapkey, the couple has brought purchased the property through their businesses KA Enterprises LLP, in which Deepika is a partner, and RS Worldwide Entertainment Private Limited, in which Ranveer is the director. This holiday home is a lavish 5 BHK situated on a 9,000 square meters property in the village of Mapgaon.

The stars have spent a pretty penny in securing the property which is said to have cost them Rs. 22 crores with a stamp duty payment of Rs. 1.32 crores.

Apart from their newest investment, Deepika had some time ago also invested in a service apartment in a high-rise building in Bengaluru.

Ranveer and Deepika currently live in Mumbai’s posh Prabhadevi area in a 4BHK flat on the 26th floor of Beaumonde Towers. The property was purchased by Deepika in 2010 for Rs 16 crores and the property covers an area of 2,776 sq ft. The couple moved into the place after getting married in 2018.
