Devoleena Bhattacharjee Clarifies Her Cook Hasn’t Tested Positive For Coronavirus, Says She is Self-Quarantining

Reports had been doing the rounds that Devoleena Bhattacharjee has been put on quarantine after her cook had tested positive for the novel coronavirus. It was said that the building of the TV actress, who was last seen in Bigg Boss 13, was sealed after this and that her househelp was also quarantined. But looks like the news was false. Devoleena has now clarified that she is just self-quarantining and that her cook hasn’t tested positive for the novel virus. However, she did confirm that her buiding has been sealed.

Talking to TOI, the actress said, “Yes, it is true that my building has been sealed. But my cook is absolutely fine so far. She has not been tested positive. I don't know why people write fake news. The cook who worked in the house of that person (who was tested positive) also used to work in my house, but she is fine. She has gone into self-quarantine like me for the next 14 days."

Well, now her fans can heave a sigh of relief. However, the actress would need to be careful for the next 14 days. Earlier, her BFF, Rashami Desai had also told that she has been doing fine. We hope that she would pull through this time like a boss and that her lessons from Bigg Boss will come handy.
