Drug Probe: Narcotics Control Bureau Arrests Arjun Rampal's Friend Paul Bartel In The Drug-Related Case

Actor Arjun Rampal and his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades are being interrogated by the Narcotics Control Bureau in a drug-related case. Yesterday Gabriella was questioned by the NCB for almost 6 hours and Arjun Rampal was asked to appear before the agency today. 

Now as per recent development,  the Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Paul Bartel, a friend of actor Arjun Rampal in the drug-related matter. NCB officials searched Paul's residence but there has not been any recovery. Paul summoned by the agency and was asked to appear at the NCB office on Thursday

On November 9, Arjun Rampal’s premises were raided by the NCB in Mumbai. The NCB found a medicinal substance from the actor’s home, which comes under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Post which they were summoned by the NCB.  This came after, Gabriella’s brother Agisilaos Demetriades was taken into custody by the NCB after they reportedly recovered drugs from his apartment.

The NCB also conducted a raid at filmmaker Firoz Nadiadwala’s House after which his wife Shabana Saeed was arrested by the agency. Nadiadwala was also summoned by the NCB for interrogation and has still not got a clean chit from the investigating agency.
