EXCLUSIVE: Karanvir Sharma Emotional As Mangalam Dangalam Ends; Happy At the Prospect of Season 2

The first season of Sab TV’s ‘Mangalam Dangalam produced under the banner of Viniyard Films has finally come to an end. This month, the audiences will see how the Jamai (son-in-law) played by Karanvir Sharma impresses over the Sasur (father-in-law) played by actor Manoj Joshi. Yes, the son-in-law who was forever in a quest to win over the father-in-law finally manages to do just that!

The shoot for the last leg of the series is over. The team had shot for the last episode on the 4^th of this month.

Karanvir is more than poignant now that the series is over. Quipped he, “I have an emotional attachment with the show and although on screen Manoj Joshi and I are in a cat and mouse fight, in real life we are best of friends. I am definitely going to miss the show.”

The actor also seemed to be happy that the show was coming to a close after just a century run. Sharma explained, “It was always supposed to be a 100-episode series. I am glad they didn’t stretch the drama and left a scope for season 2.”

On the work front, Karanvir who is open to interesting offers coming his way, revealed that he is concentrating on his upcoming film Blank which is due for release on 3rd May and that the film will also star superstar Sunny Deol.
