Huma Qureshi Finds Seeing Her Picture In The Newspaper 'Not Good For My Own Mental Health'; Here's Why

Huma Qureshi seems to be on a roll. The actress will be seen in the web series Maharani and she will also be a part of Zack Snyder's Army Of The Dead. For actors, fame is something that comes along with it and they often find themselves gracing newspapers, hoardings and places that the aam janta won't reach! But, for Huma, finding her pictures in the newspaper is stressful and she finds it detrimental to her mental health!

Talking to Hindustan Times, Huma Qureshi revealed, “I realised that seeing my picture everyday in the paper, outside the airport, gym or outside here or there… It is not good for my own mental health. Somebody will take a bad picture in a bad angle and then move on, but I will just keep looking at myself. I don’t want to spoil my day with it, or get affected by stuff like that. So, I have really blocked that out from my mind space.”

She also added, “For me, seeing myself every day is not good for me. I want to be known for my work, quietly be at home, spend time with my dog, chill, read a book, go to the beach for a walk. I came here to be an actor, not to get photographed outside the airport.”

Looks like the two go hand in hand and there is no avoiding paps if one is as famous as Huma! The actress will also be seen in the Bollywood film, Bell Bottom.
