Jahnvi Kapoor is all set to step into the shoes of IAF Gunjan Saxena and potray her in her biopic. Janhvi is gearing up for Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’s release and well, we just cannot wait to see her play the brave officer who beat all odds to become India’s first woman pilot to enter the combat zone.

Today, Gunjan Saxena is celebrating her birthday and Janhvi did not miss a chance to wish the lady. In fact, she shared a picture with Gunjan Saxena and also wrote a heartfelt message with it. Captioning the picture, she wrote:
"Happy Birthday Gunjan mam! Thank you for teaching me the true meaning of bravery, the importance of working hard and sincerely and for paving the way for millions of women in our country. You’re an inspiration and a hero, without ever having tried to be. Your story has helped me believe in myself, and hopefully will help others too."

Gunjan Saxena’s biopic has been titled Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. Also starring Pankaj Tripathi, ANgad Bedi and Vineet Kumar Singh, the film will release on 13th March, 2020. Janhvi will also be seen in Takht, RoohiAfza and Dostana 2.
