After so much curiosity and wait, Kabir Singh finally hits the screens today. The film starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in lead roles, has been directed by Sandeep Vanga. Kabir Singh has received positive responses from the critics and the audience on its the first day of release. There was also a lot of anticipation regarding the film not because it is an official is a remake of a Telugu hit film Arjun Reddy but because Shahid here is seen in a completely different avatar and would be portraying intense romantic hero the film.
The audience has loved the actor’s look in the film and feels that he has done complete justice to the character of Vijay Deverakonda, who was the face of Arjun Reddy in Telugu original. Not only this, a special screening of the film was held yesterday in Mumbai and various Bollywood celebrities attended the screening including Shahid's family Pankaj Kapur, Rajesh Khatter and his wife Mira Rajput. After the special screening, various Bollywood celebs took to social media to share their views and appreciation for the film. But guess what? there was one particular message that surely was the icing on the cake and must have made Shahid the happiest.

It was none other than Shahid's wife, Mira Rajput who took to Instagram to share her views on the film. Posting a picture from Kabir Singh, where Shahid looks distressed, Mira wrote a special message for him saying, "Aa zamane aazmaale rooth ta nahi, Faaslon se hausla ye toot'ta nahi. So proud of your baby. It’s your time to shine."
Kabir Singh is an intense romantic drama which revolves around a resident doctor who loses his way after breaking up with his long-time love and drowns himself in alcohol thus leading to a terrible mishap at the hospital. Kiara Advani is seen playing the role of Shahid's love interest, Preeti in the film.
