Kareena Kapoor's Father Randhir Kapoor Confirms When The Actress Will Welcome Her Second Baby

Kareena Kapoor is nine months pregnant and ready to welcome her second child with her husband Saif Ali Khan. While there have been many speculations about when the new Pataudi baby will arrive, Kareena’s father and actor Randhir Kapoor has confirmed that the actress is due for delivery next week.

Excited to be a grandparent once again, Randhir told Bollywood Bubble that the actress’s due date is around February 15. Kareena and family are no doubt busy preparing for the baby’s arrival and there have also been reports claiming that the crib and nursery are all set up at home.

The Good Newwz actress has been working throughout her pregnancy as soon as the lockdown restrictions were eased last year. She went on to complete the shoot for Laal Singh Chadha, her radio show and her many brand commitments. Kareena had during her first pregnancy too broken many myths by continuing work.

Kareena and Saif have a four-year-old son Taimur and the couple is very excited to welcome their second baby soon. Saif had during a recent interview with a magazine spoken about taking a paternity leave and said, “Who wants to work when you have a newborn at home!”and added, “If you don’t see your children growing up, you’re making a mistake. And I can take time off from work—it’s a privileged position. Rather than follow a 9-to-5 routine, I live like an actor. Your dharma and approach to everything are based on your career.”
