Malika Arora and actor Arjun Kapoor have not only made their relationship official, but they have also been giving their fans relationship goals along the way. Malaika recently talked about Arjun in a recent interview with HT Brunch and now in a recent post-Malaika shared an adorable post describing Arjun is the perfect lover.
“The right lover will never cause anxiety. You will feel at peace. They will cease the wars in your chest and fill your bones with nectar,” she wrote. Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor are on a holiday in New York where they went there to celebrate Arjun Kapoor's birthday. From visiting the famous spots of New York to having some excellent food, Malaika and Arjun are indeed having a great time there.
Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora first made it official when they posed together at the screening of India's Most Wanted. Arjun said "We've come out because we feel the media has given us dignity. There's a certain understanding the media has... they've been respectful, kind, honest and decent about it. That is why I felt comfortable. You recoil when there's a certain "gandhagi" that comes with the territory. When purposely people irk you by saying, writing or asking things... there hasn't been any of that. Where the paps are concerned, we give them photos when walking in and out of a place. It is normal. We talk to them."
On Arjun’s birthday, Malaika made it official on Instagram by sharing an adorable picture of them. Arjun also had earlier shared a photo of Malaika holding a heart-shaped bag and wrote that she has his heart.
In a recent interview, Malaika had expressed her feelings for Arjun, stating, it feels amazing to be in a relationship again; Malaika was earlier married to Arbaaz Khan.
She was also quoted saying “When my marriage ended, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be in another relationship and was scared of being heartbroken. But I also wanted to be in love, nurture a relationship, and this new me gave me the confidence to put myself out there and take a chance. I am so glad I did!”
Talking about the age difference and whether it really matters, she said, “The age difference doesn’t really pop up when you are in a relationship. It is about two minds and hearts connecting. Unfortunately, we live in a society that refuses to progress with time. An older man romancing a younger girl is hailed everywhere, but when the woman is older, she’s called ‘desperate’ and a ‘buddhi’. For people who think like this, I have just one line: Take a flying f***.”
Malaika also revealed her son Arhaan’s reaction to her relationship with Arjun, “I believe the best way to approach any situation is with honesty. It’s important to tell your near and dear ones what’s happening in your life and then give them time and space to understand and process things. We have had that conversation and I am so glad that everyone is in a much happier and more honest space today.”
