Manoj Bajpayee Says Bollywood Wastes Talent, ‘It Is The Cold Value Of The industry’

Nepotism is the buzz word in Bollywood these days with the outsiders who made it in the industry blaming the family families and the bigwigs for practicing and ostracising all and everyone else. The debate that has been going on for a long while now heated up again after Sushant Singh Rajput's sudden death and the claims by some that he was a victim of this practice. The late actor's co-star Manoj Bajpayee who worked with him in the move Sonchiraya has now spoken and the subject.

In an interview, Manoj claimed that not just Bollywood as an industry but we as a nation love to celerate mediocrity. He also has said that when we do see talent we either ignore it or push it away.
