Manushi Chhillar Has Signed Her Debut Bollywood Film Opposite Akshay Kumar, Read On To Find Out Details

Akshay Kumar is all set to star in the biopic of the Prithvi Raj Chauhan and it seems like the makers have finally found their leading lady for the film. If reports are anything to go by, Manushi Chhillar will make her big Bollywood debut opposite Akshay in the film. The former Miss World was earlier reported to be kicking off her Bollywood career with a Farah Khan film which would also star Ranveer Singh.

A source close to Pinkvilla says, "Manushi will be making her big Bollywood debut opposite none other than Akshay Kumar. She has been signed on for the Prithviraj Chauhan biopic that is expected to go on floors sometime towards the later half of this year. Chandraprakash Dwivedi is directing the historical drama and YRF is producing it." 

The film is being produced by Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Films and Manushi apparently has already begun prepping the film in which she will essay the role of Shanyukta. "She is doing a lot of acting and dance workshops. She has been reading about the time zone in which the period saga is set in. It's an epic love story that will be one of the biggest highlights from the production house in the coming years," the source further added.

Well the pairing of Akshay and Manushi together is all set to be the focal point of the film and we can’t wait for pictures from the sets of the film.
